Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and may vary depending on your location and carrier.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 3 days of the expected delivery date at vanitycodesignz@gmail.com with your order number and photos of any damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
